Soumen worked in several prominent skill development programs such as DDU GKY, CSR, and B2B initiatives with Quess Corp Ltd. and Bandhan skill development. His experience in the hospitality industry is equally impressive, with hands-on expertise in well-known brands like Aloft, Golden Tulip, The Deltin, and Radisson Blu. Before joining SAATHIYA, he was associated with TATA Strive, working at the prestigious TAJ Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, where he facilitated the skilling of youth under the "Self-Reliant India" program in collaboration with the Indian Hotel Company Ltd. (IHCL). He holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) from the School of Indian Hotel Management, West Bengal. Soumen's role at SAATHIYA includes Food and Beverage Service Trainer as well as a mentor to SAATHIYA Students and Alumni
