SANCALP – Social Action Network for Career Assistance and Livelihood Partnerships
SAATHIYA’s mission is to empower underserved youth in our society by providing them with quality job opportunities in professional hotels and supporting their long-term success. We are committed to ensuring a positive hiring experience for our hotel partners, while also delivering business value through increased youth retention.
The primary objective of the SANCALP event is to foster collaboration among all stakeholders in creating sustainable livelihoods and growth-oriented careers for underserved youth across the country. The SANCALP event aims to bring together key participants in the HR supply chain, including NGOs working with youth, skill providers, HR teams responsible for recruitment and onboarding, and hotel operations teams that provide job training and career advancement opportunities.
We have planned for NGO partners to join us for the entire day on July 26th, and hotel partners to participate in the second half of the event, from 1 pm to 7 pm. Together, we can make a significant impact in realizing our goal of empowering underserved youth and creating a brighter future for them.
