Dr Mandira is a passionate teacher and active researcher. During her under graduation studies, she received the Best Graduate award and was second rank holder in MSc. She received her doctoral degree in Chemistry in the year 2002 and was a part of several research projects. Following which she decided to pursue her passion of teaching. She has a teaching experience of over 15 years in reputed educational institutions and has received several laurels to her credit. She has also handled several administrative positions during this tenure. Completing her stint in the private sector, she has now joined SAATHIYA to contribute to the society. In her role as Head of Operations, Dr Mandira is responsible for building new partnerships, youth Career Life Cycle management and Academy Operations.
