Mr. Kenneth completed his Diploma & Post Diploma in Specialized Hotel Management with a first rank from The Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology – Mumbai in 1981 He has a rich corporate hotel work experience of close to 20 years handling Hotel operations from 1981- 1989 and staff training from 1990 to 2000 with the Taj Group of Hotels and was the Regional Training Manager (S) Mr. Kenneth has 27 years of highly focused experience in the L&D space. He now runs his own training organization Kenneth Pinto & Associates for the last 18 years conducting training for Hotel operations, Hotel Service Audits, Communication, Public speaking, Customer service, Change management, Culture sensitivity, Professional etiquette& Leadership skills. He is also an Accredited Coach (IAC) He has served on advisory boards of Hotel management institutes and been on the elected committees of several social prestigious clubs in Bangalore. In his capacity as a facilitator, he has trained over 20,000 people at all levels on Corporate/Business/Social Etiquette and closely worked and groomed over 12,000 CA students at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2002 to date.
